We gladly accept the insurance plans listed on this page. If your plan is not listed, please call us at (505)-554-1870, as we constantly add new insurance plans. In most cases, we will bill your insurance company for your treatments. Payment is expected during service if a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance is part of your plan. We offer a private pay plan for patients without health insurance or who have maxed out their benefits. The expenses incurred at FUNctional Aquatics are in-network with most insurers, meaning your portion of the cost is determined by your insurance coverage. In most cases, this means you’ll receive the same insurance coverage you would receive with other in-network providers such as doctors.
Out-of-network services refer to medical establishments or services not covered under your insurance plan. Services from out-of-network providers are usually more expensive than those rendered by in-network providers.
