Sarah Berry
Sarah is a compassionate and empathetic pediatric OT with 3 decades of experience. She was born in Great Britain and earned her Occupational Therapy degree in England before crossing the ocean to begin a new life in New Mexico. Sarah loves her work at FUNctional Aquatics where she can combine her knowledge, skills and creativity with her passion for the water.
My Story
Sarah graduated from the University of Derby, England with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 1995. The following year she moved to the New Mexico and discovered her passion for working with children of all ages. Sarah has enjoyed a rich and varied career including working in schools, at out-patient clinics, and early intervention programs in the community. She recently returned to school to earn a post-graduate certificate in Sensory Integration. Whether in the therapy pool or on land, she strives to provide a fun and nurturing experience for children to develop life skills. As a mother of two herself, Sarah recognizes the importance of each family’s values and priorities and the need for functional goals that improve quality of life.
