Celina Aguilar
Born and raised in New Mexico, Celina is a dedicated occupational therapist with a strong commitment to holistic, person-centered, evidence-based care. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Mexico and has gained valuable experience working in schools for over three years, as well as in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This background has equipped her with the skills to address the unique needs of clients across different stages of life.
My Story
Currently, Celina is pursuing her passion for water-based therapy with her work at Functional Aquatics while also running her own practice, specializing in mental health, pelvic health, pain management, and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT). No matter the setting or challenge, Celina is committed to empowering her clients to find meaning and independence in their daily lives. When not in OT mode, Celina loves spending time with family (including her furbabies), playing cello, and crafting.
